Itinerary description
Great walk.
I would recommend to do this walk the other way around as the steep descent is covered with rolling stones and is somehow challenging for those who do not have good boots or poles.
Don’t let the proximity to Andrax put you off, after less than five minutes on the trail, you find yourself immersed in silence and nature.
During dry summer, there is a Ranger keeping a look at, during day time. Bring some treat as encouragement for they do a great job to watch over this
precious forest, increasingly threaten by fires.

I attempted this trail today. Right at beginning there is a gate which is locked, and signs saying this is private property. I made it to the top somehow. The view is nice, the fire watch person is friendly. The path downward is OK and as described. This trail is in my view difficult, not moderate.
