Itinerary description
Hi han punts d'aigua (no controlada, o sigui no garantida) a Ansovell, Querforadat i Cava. N'hem begut a Cava i Querforadat sense problemes. L'aigua de la font a Querforadat (quan ja es deixa el poble) estava especialment bona i fresca.
======
This route is quite easy to follow -- there are signs most of the route and where there aren't, the path is quite evident. There are natural springs in all three towns (Ansovell, Querforadat and Cava), though none are guaranteed to be clean. We drank from the latter two, though, and had no problems, and the one in Querforadat was especially cold and refreshing -- a great place to fill up before the ascent to the Coll de Cristià.
There's quite a bit of up and down, but for the most part it's not too difficult. Probably the most difficult was the final ascent to Ansovell from the river, not because it's especially difficult but due to having already walked 14+km.
We did this route in late August 2020, a hot day, and it was a good thing we left before 8am.

The cleanliness of this natural spring water isn't guaranteed, but we drank it in August 2020 (after more than a month with no rain and high temperatures) and it was cool and refreshing and none of us got sick.
