Itinerary description
To reach the parking is easy because the road use to be clean and free of snow but from the parking ahead it may be quite snowy. There was much snow even when we were, which was May 11th. It is good to consult the conditions of the road. If there is some snow in the parking then for sure there will be snow on the road until the Plan des Banhs. The coordinates of the parking are: N42 39,430 E0 55,655. For us it was impossible to reach the Plan due to the snow. Starting from the Plan there is access to multitude of lakes. I think that in summer there is a taxi service from the parking up to Plan des Bahns and that shortens the trip. We made the walk one spectacular day, with a perfect blue sky. It is not a very difficult walk and has no big slopes, at least the part that we did. Be aware of avalanches if you walk with sun and close to slopes with strong inclination
