Itinerary description
This walk is shown on the information boards in the town as " Crete's d'lssor" and 6.07km long with a rise of 300m and takes 1hr45min.
It took me 1hr50min and was an easy walk. I walked in sandals with no issues.
It's more or less uphill for the first hour. The yellow markings in the town and out on the walk are not great.
To start, go over the D918 bridge and pass the racquet court and on your left take the track through the woods parallel to the main road. This part even in August was slippy.
The walk goes on to a tarmac country road and you pass farm buildings. From the road you take a dirt road that goes around the hill with the masts.
At the picnic table take a left on to s grass track and follow that around the hill.
You will come back to the country road and follow back to Arette.
