Itinerary description
The first part from the parking till the Pico del Águila is a very nice hike which goes most of the time under the pine trees. The part going down from Pico de Águila untill the Belsue dam has nice views, but one is exposed to the sun all the time. The part going down from the dam until the dolmen of Belsue is spectacular and very comfortable to walk. BUT the part from the dolmen of Belsue till what I marked as the last intersection is almost impossible to walk through unless you have a brush cutter. The thorny and spiky flora (blackberries, roses, blackthorn and many others) is invading the trail which is barely visible and scratches are unavoidable. Thus your speed will drop significantly in this zone. Also there are 2 stream crossings which are not the simplest either. Basically there is so much grass that you don't see where you put your feet. I think in this part of the hike you could also enjoy some spectacular views if you didn't have to scan the ground constantly for your next step. I'm changing the difficulty from moderate to difficult because of this section. The remaining part of the hike is again very nice.
