Itinerary description
This is a nice short shaded walk, which you could make longer or even shorter as there are quite a few possibilities.to do so.
From the parking place at the Mairie of Arnave you cross the river and take the yellow signposted track towards the old chapel of Saint Paul. The track is easy but a bit steep sometimes.
From the church the track leads you to the col d'Ussat , passing a well hidden orry at the back of a large open field.
From the col d'Ussat you will have a nice view into the Tarascon and Niaux valleys and much further to the south western higher mountains.
From the col it is only slightly more than 2 kilometres back to Arnave.
