Itinerary description
I took the bus to Arona and return on a bus from Adeje. Sadly yet again my trail has not recorded the true time, trail or elevation. Check out my screen shot of my route from Arona - Vinto - Infonche which is highlighted in red. The screen shot is from MAPS.ME which is free from the app store. I started at 10:00 ish and finished at 16:52 which is 7 hours ish not the 6 hours recorded. The final decent was tiering and my walking stick came in handy.
