Itinerary description
Mogrovejo - circular walk.
This walk was done with three 7 year old children. It is fairly long and demanding but with enough challenges and changes of topography and scenery to maintain their interest. For example there are some rivers to cross and amazing views and a decent picnic spot. The first half of the walk is predominantly uphill, which can cause some dissent, but then you come across some river scenes which, we found, added much enjoyment. Shortly after this point there is a field to the right which is perfect for a lunch stop with views down into the valley and to the peaks behind you. The rest is an enjoyable downhill amble with villages and more river fun to entertain the kids before a final uphill push to the car park and start point.
