Itinerary description
This fantastic hike starts at the square in Banyalbufar and ends in the center of Estellencs. It follows the hiking trail GR 221, which is mostly well marked.
Park your car in Banyalbufar (or Estellencs) and take the bus back. A convenient way to discover this part of Mallorca.
The tour follows the ancient route between the two villages above the coast in the southwest of Mallorca. Mostly it goes through forest terrain, but has some beautiful viewpoints along the way.
Highlights of the hike: beautiful stone houses, farms, terrace plantations, flowering meadows on the outskirts of Estellencs, lovely forest environments, beautiful views out to the Mediterranean and the terraces of Banyalbufar.
Overall, a very nice hike, relatively easy, except in a few places where the trail is very steep.

Petite marche très facile et assez bien indiquée, quelques tronçons sur la route (comme souvent avec le GR221), on l’a fait en 1h40 de marche à peu près avec des sacs lourds, possible de prendre un petit-déjeuner en arrivant à Estellencs ! Une vue assez cachée par la forêt et les arbres, mais petite randonnée assez agréable
