Itinerary description
Our children love this hike since you get to go through multiple caves and scramble up an old river bed gulch. Beautiful and rough views of the dry bed terrain that give a window into the geological past of the valley.

This was a scenic walk, great to go through the caves (bring a light!), but the riverbed is quite overgrown. In one place so much so that you have to deviate from the trail.
Great trail. The caves were interesting. As previously stated the river bed at 1.8 mile is blocked but an easy diversion to the left can be taken. Thank you for sharing.
