Itinerary description

This is an easy trek on gravel, grass, woodland and meadowland trails. It is in a mixed cedar & maple forest with three creeks flowing through it.

You will cross a marvellous old (1966) stone bridge and come across some mysterious industrial artifacts along the trail.

You are hiking over private lands be respectful, leave nothing but your footprints.

Usually hemlock grow out of nurse trees. This is the first time I have seen cedars do that. There were many examples of this on this hike.
