Casa museo dali
More information here: http://ajuntament.barcelona.cat/museuhistoria/en/muhba-park-guell The Casa del Guarda (porter’s lodge) is an example of a modest dwelling built by Gaudí between 1901 and 1903, and which was to be the home of the caretaker of the residential estate. This small space, designed to be used by a humble family, shows great richness and compositional complexity, and is now part of the MUHBA. It is also the site of the exhibition Güell, Gaudí and Barcelona, the expression of an urban ideal, which focuses on the subjects of the house, the park and the city – one for each of the building's three floors. Entry into this house is included in the Parc Guell entry ticket.
Casa tiras
This house is private and not open to the public but the paths are part of the Free access part of the parc
Continue straight taking Right path
Note that on this route I took the left path which leads to the same place as the right path. However there was a steep downhill section before I got to the next intersection at the bar/restaurant.
Bunkers of carmel
Turó de la Rovira heritage space was officially opened, following a restoration and heritage project in a city space that had until then been relatively degraded, isolated and unknown. It contained the remains of an anti-aircraft battery that helped to defend Barcelona from air attacks during the Civil War, as well as traces of the shantytown Canons district, which survived until 1990, and which formed part of the informal city of huts and shacks that was home to 7% of Barcelona’s population until the end of the 1950s. For more information and opening hours: http://ajuntament.barcelona.cat/museuhistoria/en/muhba-turo-de-la-rovira Note that this is also a good spot to watch the sunset with the 360 degree views of Barcelona.
