Itinerary description
A long hike along mostly dirt roads between the Little village Beas de Granada and Granada - same way back. I found a parking space at Plaza Alta where I also started my hike. Walk south through the village. You leave the village and enter dirt roads through farmland.
First part is quite much up and soon you will have a great view of the snow covered tops of high Sierra Nevada. There is some steep downhills - that will be a bit of a challenge on the way back after having done some 30 kms.
After almost 10 kms you face the longest climb outbound, to the left after a wall - you see the trail windling up a hill, very popular among cyclists.
After that you come to a exercise area that you follow clockwise and then take left down towards Alhambra and Granada.
Have a well deserved drink and some food herre Before heading back to Beas de Granada again. Expect the return to take some more time as the descent now turns into ascent.
