Benasque - hospital de llanos - aigualluts - Coll de toro (Ida y vuelta)
We loved this trail, mixed terrain, parts which have more techinical climbs around the Coll de toro ibon, and other parts in the meadows very relaxing.
We parked in hospital de llanos, as the parking at la besurta was full. If you want a shorter trail get up early and hopefully you have a space in la besurta where there is also a kiosk to buy drinks/snacks. From the start point of this trail to la besurta is approx. 3.5km.
The trail is very well marked… until you get to the incline towards Coll de toro after aigualluts. After the caves there are rock piles to try and indicate the trail, but to be honest if you make your way over the rocks you’ll find the trail to the Ibon easily.
The inclines are split throughout the trail so would say this is moderate, potentially a bit more technical and difficult to get up to the Ibon at the end, but perfectly doable.
