Itinerary description
The way down to the river was an amazing, scenic route, with many flowers and aromatic herbs around, in full view of the river. After that, we walked through a little forest, until finally reaching the dam and the ghost town above it (was probably built for workers on the dam construction). Above it, there’s a hotel where we spent the night and rested a bit more, since all the albergues in Grandes de Salime were busy anyway. This turned out to be a great decision :)
