Itinerary description
Mirador Arraiz is another one of the many hills that overlook the entire city of Bilbao. It is easily accessed from the city center. It has nice views of the city and the river all the way to Portugalete and the coast. At the top, there are cows and horses grazing. The horses seem very tame and can be petted.
