This route goes from Bjørndal to Prinsdal across the forest. It starts and ends at the Bjørndal senter bus stop, following for the most the floodlit trails at Bjørndal and Grønliåsen. The way back goes through 'Burudveien' instead of the floodlit trail. This path ends at the E16 public trail near to the Bjørndal farm. The end of the route is found by following this trail in direction to the sports park and taking a shortcut between the houses.
