Itinerary description
These trail was used as an MTB training/tournament trail. Now only half of the trail is used, known as the single track trail.
You have to cross the river twice in order to complete the entire trail but don't worry cause you don't have to jump into the water.
Some parts of these trail are maintained by the forest service, but others are not. It's always advisable to carry long sleeves shirt and to use long pants. There is no cellphone service so a good rule of thumb is to carry a good survival kit like a whistle, space blanket, matches and a of course a good knife.
It takes around 3hr to complete the entire trail with NO breaks. I recommend to take at least 3-4 bottles of water per person or more and also a couple of snacks.
