Itinerary description

Brănești has not only a prison(which is supposed to be scary ;-(), there is also its own mineral water and an incredibly beautiful natural landscape and a special restaurant the Epoca de Piatră from where we start as well as ended our hike.
A lot of caves and tunnels are found in the rocks of Brăneşti and the forest is a part of the big National-Parc of Orhei.
Then you can hear very clearly the typical Moldavian soundscape a concert of numerous dogs chicken and agricultural equipment from the village Trebujeni.

The best stop for a break is then the viewing platform Belvedere where you can usually easily get into conversation with various people. From there you can see the impressive colisse with the Orhei Veche Cave Monastery or you watch the paragliders. On the way back are a lot of sunflower, wineyards, walnut and apple trees and for sure cornfields.
