Itinerary description
Braunwald (funicular station) - Kantongrenze (bus stop)
Started with coffee at the kiosk by the funicular station.
There’s a steep uphill section through the forest between km3.4 and km3.7 made more difficult by a fallen tree blocking the path (July 2018). Next time I do this walk I will plan to avoid this section by bearing slightly right at km2.4, rejoining the recorded route by the farm at km3.8.
Stopped for picnic at km7.1.
Bus back to Linthal can be busy - reservation is possible.
