Lovely woodland walk on Harrow Weald Common, a nature reserve. We start from Bushey Heath (London) and take a signposted detour to Old Redding.
We did this route at the end of December, so the foliage of a large part of the vegetation was on the ground, forming a beautiful blanket of golden leaves.
The walk in the rain was rewarding and easy, the only hard part was navigating the many puddles and mud.
Halfway through the tour we find the Hotel Grim's Dyke which has a very cool pub inside. Don't worry if you have mud on your boots, they won't tell you anything (they even have a sign saying you're welcome)
