Itinerary description
I was walking since Poncebos (Ruta Del Cares), but I dind't complete the full track from Caín to Posada de Valdeon, so I went near Cordiñanes de Valdeón and asked for a ride to Posada. From the point where I stopped, it is more 3 km to Posada de Valdeon.
After arriving in Cain, you should take the asphalt road towards Posada de Valdeon. Following the road, about 3 km ahead you reach a small bridge over the river, there you must enter the woods, towards Posada de Valdeon (it is signalized). The trail is always up, since Cain.
I did it alone from Poncebos with GPS, in case you're wondering if you can do this by yourself. Just don't do it alone in the winter.
NOTE: I do not know why wikiloc indicates that I did it in 43 minutes, maybe because of the lost of GPS signal sometimes. I think it took about about 2/ 2h30 hours (I was carrying a heavy backpack).
