Camino de Chiribenítez Circular
This walk starts on the outskirts of Tolox. There is off-road parking at the start of the walk on the A 7250 (Avenida de San Roque).
A lot of the walk is on the old Camino de Chiribenítez. The first section is mainly a gradual uphill climb, and then downhill until you reach Arroyo de Estepera, where the stream was flowing, but easy to crossover. (After heavy rains it might cause a problem crossing over).
The route starts to climb up now onto Camino de las Veguelas (part of the GR 243 Tolox – Guaro Sendero).
The last leg is on Camino Nuevo, which takes you back to the start.
There are great views of the Sierra de las Nieves, Torrecilla, Sierra Cabrilla and Sierra Prieta. It was an enjoyable peaceful hike.
