Itinerary description
This is the major part of the old camino that goes from Lubrin (el Barranco Munoz) to Las Moletas. It was used for both the transport of minerals from the mines in Barranco de las Minas, and for bringing produce to the Lubrin market before the motor road from El Marchal to Bedar was built. From the end of the marked route it is possible to find the remnants of the old camino that went down into the rambla and on to Las Moletas, which can be accessed by car, making a total one way route of about 8 km. Otherwise it is a there and back route of twice the distance given.
