- Monte do Gozo (13.4 km)
- El templario peregrino (14.7 km)

- Igrexa da Quinta Angustia (17.1 km)
- Iglesia Santa Maria del Camino (17.6 km)
Today was our final day 33! We were walking from O Pedrouzo to Santiago de Campostella (19.76 km). I decided to count how much for real we were walking, since we left Sant-Jean-Pied-de-Port.. Officially it is 779 km. But according to my every day log, it’s 816 km (the difference is 37 km!!! How? Counting, that sometimes we were walking to albergues, that are not exactly on the pilgrimage road.. sometimes going to cafes or churches.. But still 37 km difference. That’s a lot! I would say also that many times I noticed, that it was written one number (how many km left).. and after some time I looked, and the number was more. Really perplexed me! Were we walking backwards?) Anyhow, we did it!!! And we are extremely happy, that we finally reached our destination (number 1) and the most important one!
Talking about today, I started day not that nice.. Someone had taken my poncho and left theirs (better than nothing, but I liked my poncho more)! It looks kind of same… And it was dark, when we were getting ready. So it’s understandable (to make such mistake in the room of 54 beds, that were almost all full).
Anyways, we decided to keep walking after we had a nice breakfast nearby.
For the first 2 hours it was no rain.. But the rest of the way it was quite strong rain. But not cold at all. I would say that it was hot! 16 degrees!!! Incredible!
We came to Santiago around 2 pm and started to Dutch for the pilgrims office, where we can get our Campostella. When we were there, the counter showed that 279 pilgrims had arrived!! And it was not the end of the day!
For tonight and one more night we rented a room in a hotel (just few minutes walking from the church). Really nice place!
At 7.30 pm we went to the mass in the main church. We really wanted to see how they put incense and swing it.. But there is something wrong with it. So we just listened to the mass.
After that we went with whole bunch of pilgrims for a dinner. And we had an amazing time!! Everyone are so happy that they made it! It is such an accomplishment! It was really difficult, but we will all remember this experience for a lifetime!
Some of us will keep walking to Finesterra and Muxia, some will go there by bus… But it doesn’t matter! The main point, no matter what weather was there: rain, sun, wind, snow.. no matter how much pain we had (sometimes it was unbearable).. how much tired we were.. or how sick we were.. We are here! We did this pilgrimage! And we were almost crying (some of us - for real)… I think, that this trip gives you more trust in yourself! That you can do anything you want. That our will power is so strong, that almost nothing can break it… Only if we really want it! We really become stronger in all ways!
What is next? I personally don’t know! We will see. I know that next I’ll walk to Finisterra and Muxia. Then - go to Barcelona to see my friends for few days. Later - have no idea what will happen next. After I left Ukraine I leave in the world. So let’s see where it will take me!
