Trail from Catedral de Pamplona to Puente la Reina passing through:
- Puerta de San Nicolás (0.8 km)
- Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de la Paz (1.5 km)
- Fuente del hierro (2.5 km)
- Iglesia Sanjuanista (5.1 km)
- Balsa de Guendulain (9.3 km)
- Iglesia de San Andrés (11.4 km)
- Monumento al peregrino (13.6 km)
- Virgen de Irunbidea (16.5 km)
- Iglesia de la Asunción (17.0 km)
- Iglesia de San Esteban (19.6 km)
- Iglesia de San Juan Bautista (21.3 km)
- Monumento al Peregrino (23.0 km)
- Iglesia del Crucifijo (23.5 km)
Today is day 4 of our Camino de Santiago. We walked from Pamplona till Puente La Reina (27.52 km). As we had 2 nights rest in Pamplona, we felt much better. And I think, that so far it was the easiest day. Although my back and shoulders are still paining, it’s getting a bit better. Additionally I maid my backpack few kilos easier by sending some stuff to my friend. Yesterday we had also a nice day in Pamplona. I’m happy that we decided to stay 2 nights there to rest and we o see the city (that is very historical and beautiful). So we wondered around, visited Cathedral, Ciudadela de Pamplona and few other places. And in the evening we had dinner in my favorite pizzeria: La Tagliatella.
And today half of the day was so nice weather!! Sunny and warm. Just a bit windy in some places. And half of the day was cloudy and a bit chilly. But still nice, when you walk. Unfortunately most of the churches on the way are closed for winter, I guess..
