Itinerary description

Via Traiana is an ancient Roman path overlayed with white and grey gravel which will glow in the sun and caused me some discomfort. BEWARE the Oasis at 10km where I ate a bocadillo with small sausages which were grilled on a BBQ there as 4km later I vomited it up and am now enjoying the food poisoning. I ended up seeing a doctor in Sahugun some 22km forward into Leon province
