Itinerary description
Started with PR3 LSA (Cerdeira -> Castelo) in Candal. When PR3 meets PR4, alongside a dam, diverted towards PR4 LSA heading up to Talasnal.
PR3 LSA: The path between Candal and the water paths is difficult. After that we follow a flat path alongside the running water paths, easy to moderate level, with some breathtaking landscapes (be careful as some parts of the way can be really narrow).
PR3 x PR4: the paths meet by a dam.
PR4: All the way up to Talasnal, the path is a bit slopped, yet it is a 500 meter/30 minute walk to town, where you can find a restaurant and taxis back to Lousã.
Tips: bring enough water and avoid start late (when the sun is about 2 hours to set, the side of the hill of PR3 will get dark, since it faces East)
