Itinerary description
Circular route starting/finishing in Canillas de Acietuno. Passes the end of the Peñon Grande, then diverts from the alternative Maroma route in the direction of Cueva de Don Pedro. Before reaching the Cueva, the track leaves the path and passes steeply upwards, without path, to arrive at the crest and then the footpath descending to Alcaucin, entering the top of the village near the school. From Alcaucin, the route follows the G.R. route to return to the start.
