Itinerary description
During this route you cross the small Rio Cajula river (its a creek) sevaral times (7?). Walking sticks might be handy to keep balance when crossing the river using stepping stones who are always there. (are they?). I jumped from stone to stone because I don't like walking with walking sticks. You decide whats best for you. Depending on the season and rainfall there might be more of less water to cross. I don't expect it will be not possible or dangerous.
Near the end of the route there is a steep decent into a valley. This track, with loose stones, can be a little slippery but there is no danger of falling down because it's not steep enough. Maybe you just slip a little.
When you start in Canillas de Albaida you first follow a walking path wich decents towards the Roman bridge, If this decent was already a problem for you then you might have difficulties near the end of this walk.
It's worth taking a look at the Roman bridge and ofcourse we don't see the sewers waste water flowing into the river a few 10 meters down stream. The water is very clear and coming from the mountains. Keep that in mind, clean, clear mountain water.
We don't cross the roman bridge (which is another walk I put on wikiloc) but follow the road wich bends to the right, soon we see an entrance on the right side of the road with some sendero walking signs. One walk is going over the bridge, the other is going to the left. We go to the left (so we do not cross this bridge either) and fellow the GPS trail which follows the Rio Cajula more or less. It's a beautifull walk going up and soon you'll see the "Natural Park" signs. It's an easy walk with nice views and bautiful nature. Please do not steal any low hanging fruits on your way into the Nature Park.
In Canillas de Albaida village centre and near the access road from Cómpeta into this town are several bars for a drink afterwards. The bar at the village centre, on the village square, is closed on wednesday..

Autumn colors, poplar trees
Autumn colors: The poplar tree likes to be near the river and colors beautiful in autumn

Didn't found the informations very good for the beginning, then after, pretty easy track to follow, almost straight forward. Not an incredible track, but the 3.5km and the last 2km are enjoyable
Zona demasiado concurrida
