Este sendero lineal, bastante corto y fácil empieza en el aparcamiento debajo de Pampaneira, justo encima del subestación eléctrica. Cruzamos la carretera y seguimos el carril. Se puede hacer un pequeño desvío a la izquierda donde hay una roca grande: puedes cruzar el puente sobre el río Poqueira donde se ve un pequeño cañón y otra cascada para ver una ruina de un molino con su explicación. Volvemos para seguir el carril. En la intersección de 2 carriles siguimos recto, dirección al río: ya se puede escuchar la cascada. Llegando al río hay que ir a la derecha y ves ya a la cascada. Cuidado: las rocas mojadas pueden ser rebaladizo!! Llévate deportivos con perfil y que se pueden mojar (o zapatillas de agua) para poder entrar en el agua para refrescarte. Un sitio precioso! Volvemos por el mismo camino.
This non circular, quite short and easy hike starts at the parking below Pampaneira, just above the electrical substation. We cross the main road and follow the track. You can do a small detour to the left where there is a big rock: you can see another waterfall, a small canyon below the bridge and on the other side a ruin of a mill with explanation. We return to the track. Where there is an intersection of 2 tracks we go straight on, direction the river: you can hear the waterfall already. Reaching the river we go to the right and we see the waterfall. Careful: the wet stones are slippery!! If you wear or take trainers with an anti slip sole or water shoes you can walk in the refreshing water. A beautiful place! We go back the same way we came.
