Itinerary description
I did this hike on August 1 so if you’re doing it in the middle of summer on a fairly warm day, I wouldn’t even consider this trip if there was any chance of rain as you will encounter all types of surfaces and it will take you over some very sharp jagged rocky paths along the way, my recommendation it that you should be wearing very strong soles on you shoes, take lots of water there is absolutely nothing the entire way, I drank plenty when I left and went with two bottles and should’ve taken four, I tried to follow the plan as I entered the final couple kilometers but got lost and eventually found the main streets back into Sitges ,
wasn’t a big problem.
I highly recommend taking walking sticks with you many of the paths are quite steep with very high steps so if you’re not super tall it’s hard to climb up some of them without the sticks, and of course the same goes for coming down on the opposite side, and long pants are recommended , some of the paths are narrow with coastal bushes, and an occasional briar patch
