Itinerary description
This is a great route with fantastic views from the summit which is easily gained as you can drive the first couple of kilometers to the parking place in Los Arenales quarry which is halfway up the mountain!
The trail leads us along a section of the La Gran Sends de Malaga up through pine forests with a rocky scramble for the last couple of hundred metres to the summit with beautiful views to the south over Mijas and to the Mediterranean beyond.
