Itinerary description
This is a short, breathtaking walk with panoramic views. Lake Vinuela, Comares, the Mediterranean, Velez de Malaga, Boquete de Zafarraya, Alcaucin and so much more.
Although it is a short walk you will have to take your time doing it as the going is quite tough most of the time because of the stony track and quite often the lack of track. Depending on the season and the growth of the vegetation it is sometimes not easy to find your way through the undergrowth and prickly, thorny bushes.
The views are your reward and at the most southern point of the walk, at the cross, there is a cavelike formation that you can use to sit and admire the view towards Comares and Lake Vinuela.
