Itinerary description
Teide area . Parking past recreational area . Better to walk down the road where the trail starts on the left. Very rough terrain you need good soles . We went off paths to steep areas of lava but you don't need to . We had cloud but would be extremely hot if sunny . I am not responsible for anyone following this route it is at your own risk . Remember altitude makes a difference and weather can change quickly. Was about 7 km . Paths steady climbs and drops
