Physically and technically demanding route (walking with stones, going down with rope, passing a river, mud zone, ...) but does not require material (ice ax, crampon, own rope because there are already ropes on the road) in summer and if there is no snow or ice above.
At the beginning of the route you climb until you reach a kind of hill from where you can see the first three peaks, affordable. If there is no physical background for more than 8 hours I recommend after the third top down the same path).
The climb sign to the summits are red "T" or red circles.
The last summit, the fifth, becomes long.
The terrain is very stony and it costs to go fast. It reminds me of this route in technical and physical intensity to the ascent to Pico Perdiguero de Pirineos.
The return going down, by the way marked and to make it circulate, is quite hard and with the fatigue still more. Technical descents by stones and ropes (that are already set) prevent you from speeding up and getting there fast. Step by river, mud, ......
The final stretch once you have passed the river for its stones is more enjoyable to walk and you can speed up if your legs leave you.
