Itinerary description
A lovely walk through imposing countryside.
The beginning of the walk is the climb in the shade and while you get higher you are getting glimpses of the castle and beautiful views on the mountain ridge of the Canigou and the lower mountains around it.
After the castle the path leads up to a junction from which one can either even go higher or down towards Montferrer. From now on the road is mainly gravel but the rewarding aspect is that the views towards the south and south-west are astounding.
