Itinerary description
Beautiful circular hike starting at the Montserrat Monastery and goes up to Sant Jeroni Peak (1.230 m). If weather is nice and clear you get a beautiful 360º view at the top. You can see the snowed sumits of Pyrinees and also the mediterranean sea on the south/east.
It worths the effort to get to the top.
The trail goes in a dirty easy road to Sant Joan, at the top en of the cable car. Then you have an easy walk to the summit. On the way dowhill we take shortcut. It is a bit steeper but get to starting point in an aroung an hour.
If you go to Montserrrat you cannot miss que dairy short concert of the Children Choir at the Cathedral. If you want to do so you better start walking soon, by 8:00 or you can go first to the Choir (13:00) and afterward go for the hike. Enjoy!
