Itinerary description
A short easy trek, somewhat slippery and muddy in December along terrific rock mountain formations and enjoying stunning views of the litoral beaches of El Lentiscal, Tarifa and Bolonia. The track is fairly visible for most of the way except along the top skirting the top where a little scrambling is needed but nothing too taxing. A good variety of geological formations means the area is a climbers paradise. Flora and fauna is diverse and we witnessed a huge variety of mushrooms after the first rains in the area . Griffon vultures abound and can often be viewed up close even from above their soaring grounds making for terrific photos.
