Itinerary description
Nice loop with great views, gorges. water and climbing.
A Parking at the Church in Blandas. Follow the road D113 direction Vissec
B At the sign Navacelles leave the road and turn left. (close to the Blandas sign)
C Follow the path signed La Foux
D At the xing go left
E Reaching the D713 turn right, downhill.
F As the road turns left follow the sign Sentier Botanique strait down on some rocky steps.
G As you can clearly hear the river below go right at the crossing.
H Cross the river at the Moulin. Follow the trail on the other side of the river. Keep the river to your left.
I Follow the path signed Vissec.
J Go steeply uphill. Keep the river to your left.
K Go uphill to your right at the old electricity plant below.
L M At the crossing with the road follow the asphalt road to Navacelles
N At the end of the village turn left on the Gr 7.
O Cross the river over a foot bridge.
This is where the climb begins.
P Reaching the asphalt and continue uphill.
Q On top with probably the best view of the Cirque de Navacelles.
Continue on the same road.
R Follow the GR 7 to the left. Back to the car.
