Itinerary description
The less frequent route between the refuges, exploring the south-west corner of the beautiful Cirque the Colomers. Numerous lakes as everywhere in the Aiguestortes but also a few cascades and nice high-mountains scenary, especially on the section between the climb to port de colomers and refuge Ventosa. The descent from port de Colomers is quite long and steep at some sections. As stated, not a lot of hikers on this trail - I met only 1 couple during the entire day.
