Itinerary description

Started out below Cruz de Monte. Took the path opposite staying below the dirt track and eventually coming up onto this track. After the barrancos, there's a path up to the left. This is a short cut up to the road and left takes you up to Puerto Collado. Take the path left of the mirador and continue down for 100m. Look out for a steep path down to the right. Continue down this path and follow it for best part of 1km. Look out for a sharp left taking you down to the track leading to El Acebuchal. Cross the river and turn right for El Acebuchal. After 500m, look for a sharp left climbing for 30 minutes. You come to a lone pine tree, turn left and follow this track till it emerges with a track. Take this down to cross-roads at Paez Blanca, keep right and down for 1 km. At the junction, keep right (there's a sign for private property and some bee hives further along this track) look for a left turn a path all the way down to El Acebuchal.
