Itinerary description
Con Dao National Park (entree 60.000 VND), trail to Dat Tham beach and Suối Bãi Bàng Waterfall.
Beautiful trail through the tropical forest with large lianas to Dat Tham beach and Suối Bãi Bàng Waterfall.
The trail is easy to find as it is paved with natural stones, going a bit steeper here and there.
Dat Tham beach consists of small stones and pieces of coral. You seem to be able to snorkel there but the strong wind made it impossible. It is also very stony in the water. Unfortunately, there is a lot of human rubbish such as plastic bottles and plastic cables on the beach. Too bad the rangers don't maintain it better.
The Suối Bãi Bàng waterfall was unfortunately without water.
