Awesome hike through the gorge ('congost') of Mont Rebei
At 2 hours drive from Torre Nova Resort, the gorge of Mont Rebei divides Aragon and Catalonia. As it passes through the gorge, the Noguera Ribagorçana river runs through the depths of the canyon that reaches heights of 500 meters, with a span that narrows at points to less than 20 meters. It is crossed only by a mule path that has been cut into the rock, allowing visitors to enjoy the spectacular scenery. An awesome walk, with lots of huge vultures flying above you in the blue sky..
