Itinerary description
Starting out at Playa Cantarriján, it's a steady climb to a point whereby you can either turn right to climb Cerro Caleta or continue straight to the torre. We choose to do the walk in reverse (this time) & followed the coast path along & down to Playa Cañuelo.
We stopped here at the chiringuito for a couple of beers (anymore & the the route back would have been very dodgy!).
Continue uphill to the parking lot near the top taking a sharp right onto a path upto the top of Cerro Caleta.
The path down is quite steep in places & a hiking pole came in handy!
At the end of this path you're back to a T junction whereby you turn left & head back down the path you started out on.
Very enjoyable walk with great views.
