Una ruta molt interessant.
El punt fort és la visita a Sant Miquel de la Roca, les impressionants ruïnes d'una ermita en una cova a dalt sobre el riu Fluvià.
L'últim tros de camí fins a aquesta ermita és una mica exigent, amb una baixada pronunciada i un tram pel penyasegat que per sort té una barandilla. Potser no seria ideal per a nens, gossos i gent amb vertigen.
La resta de la ruta, per orientació i terreny, és fàcil.
Qui vulgui escurçar la ruta podria ometre perfectament les visites a Pedrinyà i a la resclosa.

A very interesting hike.
The highlight is the visit at Sant Miquel de la Roca, the ruins of an impressive little cave church high above the river Fluvià.
The stretch of the walk that leads to the church is a bit more demanding, with a short but slightly complicated descent and a path that leads along the cliff - luckily with a banister.
This part might not be ideal for children, dogs and people with fear of heights.
The rest of the walk is easy in regards to both orientation and terrain.
If you would like to shorten the route a bit, you could easily skip the visit at Pedrinyà and the Serinyà dam.
