Itinerary description
Lavce - Guri i Kuq - Dupin Kamen - Bela Voda - Lavce
People from Tetovo say that this is some light city tour and they are usualy starting the route from Tetovo, but this is not that light one. We had a windy day today so we decided to do some light route trough terrain that will protect us from the wind and we would walk trough the woods most of the time. So it was, most part of the route we didn't feal any wind except for the part bellow Guri i Kuq (Crven Kamen or Orlovec) where we walked few last meters trough the ridge till the summit. From Crven Kamen we decided to continue to Dupen or Dupin Kamen to visit the cave, enter the hole in the rock and ascend the highest point. Terrain is rocky, some parts you will need to rock climb and if you don't feel comfortable on rocky and steep terrain with exposed parts, than you should skip this part. You might get to the small cave as up till the cave the path is mostly safe, from where rock climbing starts and it gets steeper to get to the top. On our way back we decided to explore some unknown paths so we did this tour round trip, which might be unnecessary. At the end of the route I marked religious object, church St. George and the interesting tree with hole and stairs with platform to the hole. As per the story I was told this place is visited by women who can not have any children and they trust that if they pass through this hole, they will be able to get pregnant. It sounded as interesting story so I decided to share.
