Itinerary description
When To Go:
Most of the hike is in a narrow wadi, we went around 4.30pm in May and there was plenty of shade for the first part of the hike (1h or so). You can probably go even earlier and still have lots of shade.
Difficulty Level:
This hike is of easy level except for 2 passages, c.f. waypoints indicated on the trail.
Each passage is of medium-difficult level and requires good balance.
Safety:
Wear hiking or running shoes.
Bring at least 1L of water per person.
Bring some snacks (bananas, dates, etc).
Rough Directions:
Starts in a flat sandy valley (we took a taxi to get there) that becomes narrower as you progress (more similar to a canyon).
Ends in Wadi Beyda, a flat sandy valley.
Feel free to pick up the trash if you come across any.
