Vila de Sagres - Salema
Many ups and down very hard. It is possible to avoid some of the hills by walking along the beach. Path down hill and up are very steep and almost to the point where it becomes dangerous of falls. I carried 12 kg backpack. Bring water 2 liter. The route is not marked well. Would not recommend this trail when raining
