Itinerary description
Una caminada fàcil des del centre de Castellcir fins a la masia Esplugues i l'adjacent pont medieval romànic.
Anada + tornada = 5,2 km
Està permès aparcar al costat de l'ajuntament, però pot ser difícil trobar lloc. Hi ha més espai a l'Avinguda Santa Coloma que està molt a prop.
El camí transcorre sobretot per pista ampla, és fàcil i no presenta dificultats d'orientació.
Val la pena fer aquesta petita ruta per a veure la interessant masia Esplugues, que es va construir aprofitant una cova com a paret, i que es va esmentar per primera vegada documentalment l'any 1192.
An easy walk from the centre of Castellcir to the centuries-old farmhouse Esplugues and the adjacent medieval Romanesque bridge.
Both ways together add up to the 5,2 km.
It is allowed to park next to the townhall, but if there's no space left, you will definitely find some at Avinguda Santa Coloma a bit further on.
The walk leads us mainly along wide dirt paths, is easy and doesn't present any difficulties in orientation.
It is really worthwhile to visit the interesting old farmhouse. It has been built inside a cave using the rock as the back wall and has first been mentioned in a document in 1192.
